Residence Hall Association Management System for UPLB April 2026 – Present

Contributions

  • Developed a management platform for handling alumni and current resident data and operations related to student housing.
  • Built a real-time financial ledger system supporting water fees, association dues, and miscellaneous transactions, using Google Sheets API for data storage and retrieval.
  • Engineered automated PDF receipt and clearance document generation, eliminating manual paperwork and reducing administrative turnaround time.
  • Designed and implemented a laundry facility reservation system with real-time availability tracking and Google Calendar integration, reducing scheduling conflicts and improving resource utilization.
  • Integrated Gmail API to automate transactional email dispatching for payment receipts, statement of account issuances, and clearance certificates.
